Position Overview: As MLG Oz continues to grow, the Recruitment & Mobilisation team within the People and Performance department needs to grow too. We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer with experience in high volume, end to end recruitment and mobilisation experience to join our team.
It's okay if you don't come from the mining or haulage industries, but you must have an interest in wanting to work in these industries.
Reporting to our Recruitment & Mobilisation Manager, this position is:
Based in the Perth CBD. A permanent full-time position. Working Monday to Friday, 40 hour week between the hours of 7.00am – 5:00pm with flexible working arrangements. The purpose of your role is to deliver dedicated, efficient end to end recruitment services to all our operational sites. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Sourcing and selection of applications. Conducting and preparing initial screening processes. Efficient coordination of the onboarding processes. Efficient coordination of the site mobilisation processes. Manage seamless working relationships with site personnel in obtaining client site clearances. Ensure all recruitment and mobilisation documentation are executed accurately and efficiently. Ensure recruitment and mobilisation information are up to date in ATS (applicant tracking system) and all employee systems. Ensure up to date communication with all stakeholders during all processes. To be considered for this role you will need to have the following: The ability to pass a Pre-employment medical, incl. Drug & Alcohol screen. Minimum of 2+ years' experience in busy recruitment and/or mobilisation function. Experience in or knowledge of human resources advantageous. Experience with MS Office suite, HRIS and other organisational software programs/tools. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) advantageous. Current & Valid Driver's licence.
