Exciting opportunity available for a Construction Manager to join the team of an Australian company specialising in design, supply and installation of telecommunication infrastructure.

Oversee piling projects in Perth metropolitan area, managing daily operations, budgets and resources.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to high standards.
Lead a skilled team and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Day to day running and delivery of projects.
Assisting with project set up, allocation of plant, equipment and duties.
Attending site meetings, getting involved in daily pre-start meetings and toolbox talks.
Managing the site team.
Ensure works are adequately planned and resourced in line with specifications.
Overseeing erection and assessment of plant to ensure safe use.
Ordering of materials.
Keeping accurate site records.
Requirements: Demonstrated experience in a similar role or looking to progress into a management position.
Experience within the piling / construction industry.
Strong communication, conflict resolution and organisational skills.
Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, clients and contractors.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
