To support our mission, Raytheon Australia is currently seeking a motivated Mission System Supervisor - Space Surveillance Telescope who is ready to join a diverse, talented and enthusiastic team of professionals in Exmouth, Western Australia.
Reporting to the Mission System Manager, the Mission System Supervisor - Space Surveillance Telescope is responsible for leading a diverse team of trade and technical professionals that operate, troubleshoot and maintain the SST.
The role requirements include team performance, KPI management, customer liaison and maintenance management.
Key Responsibilities Manage the SST at HEH and allocated resources to achieve contract performance targets IAW with contracted requirements.
Leading and collaborating within a cross-functional environment to manage, resources and reporting to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
Ensure Quality & EH&S standards are built and maintained in alignment with company policies.
Ensure that maintenance requirements and requests are planned, scheduled and managed in accordance with program priorities.
Monitor and control maintenance activities to ensure completion within schedule and required quality outcomes.
Practice excellent stakeholder management to maintain effective relationships.
Act in accordance with company expectations relating to professional workplace behaviour Skills, Experience and Qualifications Experience in Trades, Electronics or Engineering disciplines working with complex Industrial or Defence Systems.
Preference for a Minimum 3-4 years' supervisor experience but a highly competent Tradesman or Technician will be considered.
Previous experience working on High Power devices looked on favourably.
Have experience with Programmable Logic Controller systems (PLC) and ladder logic diagnostics.
Strong knowledge and experience of PC hardware, networking & peripheral computing equipment including data networks.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance.
