The high-performing Northrop Grumman SPA (Special Purpose Aircraft) team is comprised of approximately 50 staff who provide all levels of maintenance, training and logistics support to the fleet of two Boeing BBJ's and three Dassault Falcon 7X's Business Jets.Your RoleAs the Quality Assurance Advisor, you will ensure compliance with Defence Aviation Safety Regulations. You will play a key role in: Delivering audit and assurance activities, assuring compliance and conformance to regulationsRisk assessment and monitoring and reporting on performancePerforming incident investigations, providing recommendations and actions based on objective evidence within expected time framesConducting periodic reviews and updates of documentsAbout YouTo be successful in this position you must hold formal qualifications as a Lead Auditor. You will have experience in Quality Management within an Aviation environment.
