Join our team as a Minor Works Coordinator in our Asset Services division, responsible for administering and delivering minor works programs for our client portfolio. This role is part-time and flexible, focusing on ensuring timely and efficient delivery of minor works projects while supporting major projects managed by others for our clients.Job Description Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for minor works programs, liaising with client stakeholders, tenants, and works contractors.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to plan and execute the program of works, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
Manage all aspects of subcontractor procurement, performance, and budget monitoring for minor works projects.
Implement effective procurement processes to achieve value-for-money outcomes.
Coordinate project delivery to meet client expectations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Provide ongoing updates and reporting on works progress to key stakeholders.
Requirements: Experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, or community properties.
Strong client-focus and ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage projects to deadlines with a focus on risk management and compliance.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
