What's on offer? We are looking for a Minor Civil Crew member to join our Road Maintenance team based out of Mowbray in Launceston. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can support our team to achieve our targets whilst contributing to our strong focus on safety.
In this exciting role, you will work in a crew to help deliver minor road maintenance civil works, including but not limited to asphalt patches, pavement repairs, and drainage works.
To be successful in this position you will require the following skills/experience: Hold a current HC Licence or higher;Ability to operate other minor civil equipment (excavator, skid steer, or roller) not required but helpful;Have relevant industry cards, e.g. Construction Induction Card;A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team;Possess a strong commitment to safety;Ability to work on a rotating roster, including night shifts and weekends;Confidence in using electronic telematic systems;Willingness to train and learn on the job.The pre-employment process will include a medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
