With continuous production since 1936, Rosebery mine has the current potential to extend life beyond 2028.

The operation continues to deliver excellent operational performance and employs over 500 employees and contractors who reside in the local region.
We are currently looking for an experienced Mine Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and manage tasks which are required to be safely completed on a daily basis in the underground mine to meet the weekly mining schedule and as directed by the Mine Superintendent.
The Mine Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of all personnel under their control and ensuring tasks are carried out safely, as assigned and as per safe work methods.
This role is offered on a working roster of 7 shifts on (Night/day), 7 days off roster.
Key Accountabilities Managing a full crew of employees, assuming direct control and responsibility for all activities within the area of responsibility in the underground mine.Ensuring tasks are assigned to personnel who have the skills, knowledge, experience, and temperament to complete the task safely.Confirming personnel are fit for work and have the resources required for the allocated task.Making sure production targets and priorities are safely met as per the daily plan and direction from the Mine Superintendent.Driving safety behaviours to achieve zero harm, be accountable, and drive safety as a front-line function.Qualifications & Competencies To be successful in the position we ideally require:
