About the Role: Resolve challenges related to mine site communication infrastructure, including wireless and LTE Networks supporting Fleet Management Systems (e.g., MineStar, FrontRunner).Analyze trends in equipment failures & telecommunication systems performance, recommending replacements or continuous improvement strategies.Proactive monitoring of networks and systems performance, ensuring prompt responses to client needs.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents affecting asset availability or the site Fleet Management System (FMS) within service scope and SLAs.Provide technical and system administration support related to applications.Requirements: Prior experience as a Mining Systems/Communications Technician (FIFO or Perth-Based).Proficiency in Wireless OT Networks, such as: AVI, CISCO, Cambium, Rajant Wireless Hardware, TETRA/P25 Digital Radio Systems, IP Networks (Routing, Switching, Firewalls), and Point-to-Point Microwave Links.Experience with Fleet Management Systems such as MineStar, Modular, and Jigsaw.CCNA/CCNP/ITIL Certification (Desirable)Background in Defence (Desirable)LTE Support Experience (Desirable)Candidates must be based in Perth, with full working rights.To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact MJ Lim on +61 (0)434 267 293 or email: ****** and quote the above job reference number.
