About the Role We are currently recruiting for Multiskilled Operators with Dragline experience to join our team, providing safe, effective & efficient operation of these world-class machines on this highly respected mine.
Job DescriptionYou will need to demonstrate sound technical knowledge and experience in equipment operation within a coal mining environment (at least two of the below):
Dragline, Dozer, Excavators, Grader, and Loader;A strong commitment to Zero Harm;An ability to work and communicate well in a team environment;A proven ability to meet production targets;The adaptability to operate to changing work conditions and required mining techniques;Compliance and knowledge with relevant mine site safety procedures, safe work instructions, standard operating procedures, legislation, and rules.QualificationsTo be part of our ongoing success you will have: Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical;Proven and assessed ability to operate site Dragline and Dozers.Additional InformationWhat we offer: Successful candidates will experience excellent working conditions with a focus on safety and quality.EA level will be dependent on skill set and experience.Lifestyle Roster, Dayshift and Nightshift rotations.Our strategy is to focus on creating a safe work environment where our employees feel strongly connected to our values and objectives, and where the capability of our people is key to our success.
