Mine Surveyor

for one of our valued clients in Western Australia.About the RoleThe Mine Surveyor will report to the Senior Mine Surveyor and play a crucial role in supporting both underground and surface mining operations.
Responsibilities include surveying designed drill holes, completed works, and issuing accurate survey plans efficiently and safely.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee survey mark-out of drill and blast rings and mine heading developmentConduct exploration and raise bore drilling surveysSurvey control for all mining activities, including: horizontal and vertical development, end-of-month surveys, dig permits, emergency response plansSurvey completed works, including: end-of-month development and ore stockpiles, stope surveys, geological mapping, miscellaneous site and surface surveys as requiredConduct surveys and mapping of mining sites, pits, and infrastructurePrepare detailed survey reports and technical drawingsEnsure compliance with all relevant mining and surveying regulationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support mining projectsMaintain and calibrate surveying equipmentEssential Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in SurveyingAt least 3 years of experience as a Mine Surveyor within the mining sector (underground experience desirable)Experience with Deswik CAD and narrow vein mining operations (highly desirable).In-depth knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and softwareStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsEffective team player with a collaborative approachHigh attention to detail and a dedication to precisionOther essential criteria, to meet the Visa requirements:Proof of Work Experience for the last 4 years (Employment Contract, Letter from the Employer confirming the role, duration, salary, and job duties and responsibilities – must be in a company letterhead)Proof of Salary Payment (Payslips, Bank Statements, Tax Records)Proof of English language proficiency: Minimum score of 5.5 in IELTS (International English Language Testing System) or 36 in PTE (Pearson Test of English Academic)Police Clearance CertificateCopy of your PassportHigh School or Tertiary Qualification documentsIf you believe this opportunity is a good fit for you and you seek employer sponsorship to relocate to Australia, we encourage you to apply.
