Student focused Mindwaves 2.0 initiatives are designed to progress from systems-level and community-level practices through to targeted supports and individual intervention to support student belonging, engagement, and success.
In this strategic and dynamic role, you will oversee the coordinated implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Mindwaves 2.0, focusing on initiatives that prioritise student mental health and wellbeing and promote student retention, positive graduate outcomes, and a first-class student experience for CQUniversity's diverse student body.
Reporting to the Chief Wellbeing Officer, you will work collaboratively with Counselling, Wellbeing and Safer Communities leadership, other key stakeholders across the University and students, to design, develop and evaluate mental health and wellbeing programs, activities, guidelines and frameworks ensuring Mindwaves 2.0 outcomes are realised, and to help shape the University's direction in alignment with the Universities Accord and Student Support Policy.
