About the opportunity
MX FUEL is a product range from Milwaukee that focuses on battery-powered light equipment designed for the heavy-duty needs of the construction industry. The MX FUEL system is built around a high-capacity lithium-ion battery platform, offering tools that traditionally rely on petrol engines or corded power, such as concrete cutters, core drills, and power supply units.
As a Milwaukee MX Fuel Specialist, you will primarily engage with professional tradespeople on-site and drive demand for Milwaukee's innovative battery powered light equipment solutions. The successful applicant will come from a sales, customer service or trades background, who is motivated and driven to succeed.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships by conducting demonstrations at volume with Targeted End Users, converting users from existing products to the Milwaukee MX Fuel platform. Develop new business within targeted market segment. Identify and communicate continual improvement initiatives to Product and Channel Management teams. Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent company's brand. Conduct training sessions on MX Fuel products with Milwaukee staff and Authorised Milwaukee Retail & Trade Partners so they understand our value proposition. Maintain accurate CRM Data. Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the company's competency framework. Skills and Experience required: End user facing /field sales experience. Experienced with using CRM software (preferred but not essential) Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills. Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.
