Job Overview: Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in SAP, particularly with S/4HANA. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition and optimization of business processes during the upgrade. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the S/4HANA upgrade. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Assist in the design and implementation of solutions to enhance system performance and user experience. Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical specifications. Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirement specifications, process maps, and user guides. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on new features and functionalities. Participate in testing phases to validate system changes and enhancements. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP systems, specifically S/4HANA. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in change management and user training is a plus.
