This role presents an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to build on and enhance their experience in migration law as part of this collaborative team. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of migration matters, including visa applications, appeals, and judicial reviews. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on complex immigration issues. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments. Draft and review legal documents, including submissions, appeals, and correspondence with government authorities. Represent clients in tribunal hearings, court proceedings, and other legal forums. Mentor and provide guidance to junior lawyers and support staff. Maintain current knowledge of developments in immigration case law, legislation, and policy. Qualifications: Admitted to practice law in Australia with 2 to 5 years of experience in migration law. Proven track record of successfully managing migration cases from start to finish. Strong knowledge of Australian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits: Starting salary from $110,000 plus superannuation.
