Migration Agent/Senior Migration Agent - Migration Solutions Brisbane or Adelaide based role $95,000 – $140,000 per year As part of our ongoing growth, Migration Solutions are looking to fill a number of roles across our team in Adelaide and Brisbane. These positions are suited to registered migration agents with 1 to 3 years of experience and senior registered migration agents with 3-5 years of experience.

About Migration Solutions Migration Solutions are leaders in contemporary Australian immigration advice and assistance and for over 23 years, we have delivered strategic immigration advice, assistance and guidance to businesses (local and international), key industry sectors, sporting teams and organisations, Government and individual visa applicants. We currently have a team of 10 registered migration agents across our offices in Brisbane and Adelaide and are working in partnership with Thomson Geer, a major national Australian law firm enabling Migration Solutions to continue to build our national footprint and client base.

Migration Solutions Advisory is a full service migration firm. We provide migration advice, consulting and advocacy services to support corporate, government and business employers to build and sustain a skilled and experienced workforce. Founded in 2001, we offer a comprehensive suite of migration advisory and global mobility services, with a national and international client base.

Our clients include defence, agriculture, mining, construction, hospitality, education, medical and health services, research institutions, government and state and territory agencies. As each business or industry sector we assist has different workforce requirements, we tailor our services to achieve the best outcomes. This ranges from consulting on the implications of state and federal immigration policy on future workforce planning, employee engagement and retention, to planning immigration pathways to meet workforce requirements for specific skills or positions.

The Role Includes: Managing your own caseload of individual clients, working as part of the corporate migration team. Designing, developing and implementing innovative and contemporary migration pathways. Provide expert advice to clients and key stakeholders. Working on complex cases, including demand driven, place based employer-sponsored visas. Mentor and support junior immigration advisors and graduates. Communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders and clients. Actively manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients by providing timely, complete and accurate advice and assistance when required. Support key stakeholders and corporate clients with compliance and mandatory reporting obligations. Conduct consultations and assessments with key stakeholders and clients providing accurate and complete advice regarding visa programs, pathways and opportunities. An opportunity to contribute to strategic operational decisions and organisational growth. Quality Assurance, checking visa applications prior to lodgement. Skills and Experience: Experience in corporate migration and a genuine interest in ongoing growth, learning and development of personal and professional skills. Strong business and commercial acumen and experience working in a corporate environment. High level written and verbal communication skills are essential, as are advanced legal research skills. File and costs management, managing strict deadlines and excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an impeccable eye for detail. A motivated team player who is honest, reliable, approachable, and professional. Managing, developing, mentoring, training and supervising a team.
