This is a full-time Migration Admin Assistant role in Pakenham, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work.
He/she will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, processing of applications, coordinating with stakeholders, providing customer service support to agent partners and clients, and assisting with other administrative tasks.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working both in the office and from home.
Skills/Attributes Required: Enthusiasm for high quality customer serviceAbility to build relationships with stakeholders.Competency with prioritisation and managing changing workloads.Strong attention to detailA pro-active approach to problem-solvingSound knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize work.Handling skills assessment related inquiries from our clients.Filtering emails & Client follow-ups.Maintaining client records.Prior Experience in the Australian Immigration Industry is preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
