ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Relationship Manager will support our rural customer base, building user satisfaction via relationship building and securing business from both new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Participating in a small team to create and implement effective sales strategies that address our clients' needs, concerns, and objections to achieve sales growth. Working across various teams, including development, technical, and service, to develop intimate knowledge of products and services to enhance our offerings and meet customer needs. Understanding industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to target market segments, build sales, and maximize margin. ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will possess:
Demonstrated experience in agricultural sales (preferably in the farm machinery space), with experience in developing and implementing strategy and sales plans. Proven experience working collaboratively within a small team and as a self-starter. Knowledge and experience in creating strategies and plans to increase sales, build the customer base, and enhance the customer experience. A commitment to fostering positive working relationships within the company and with external customers. The ability to formulate and agree on achieving sales targets. Solid IT (MS Office) and CRM skills. CULTURE
