Job Title: Mid Level Interior Designer Location: Richmond Salary: Up to 85k + Super   About the Company: Our client is a national architectural and interior design practice known for delivering innovative and award-winning projects across the hospitality and education sectors.
With a strong commitment to design excellence, they have built a reputation for creating spaces that inspire and engage.
They are now seeking a passionate and experienced Mid Level Interior Designer to join their dynamic team in Melbourne.
Role Overview: As a Mid Level Interior Designer, you will work autonomously on a variety of hospitality projects.
You will work closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to develop creative and functional design solutions that meet the unique needs of each project.
Your expertise in design, project management, and client relations will be crucial in delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept development through to project completion for hospitality and education projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
Manage client relationships, including presenting design concepts and progress updates.
Oversee the production of detailed design documentation, including plans, elevations, and specifications.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative studio environment.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation in design.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Proven track record of delivering successful projects from concept to completion.
Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
