yourtown is a trusted provider of services for young people, focusing on mental health and wellbeing, long-term unemployment, prevention of youth suicide, child protection, and support for those experiencing domestic and family violence.
As the MS Dynamics and Power Platform Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet the evolving needs of yourtown.
Responsibilities include:
Leading yourtown's architectural vision for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
Modelling the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including Dynamics 365 Marketing and Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and related modules.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into scalable, efficient, and sustainable Dynamics solutions.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship for teams to ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and architectural principles.
Developing and designing the architecture of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, to meet business requirements and objectives.
What we are looking for:
5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or a related field. Master's degree will be highly regarded.
Proven expertise in applying solution architecture principles, practices, and processes within enterprise architecture, ICT investment, and governance frameworks.
Proficiency in Azure technologies, particularly Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems seamlessly.
Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions within Dynamics 365, including custom plugin development and custom action implementation.
