We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Microbiology team as a QC Compliance Specialist and support with investigations (deviation, OOS, and atypical); change management (change controls), and continuous improvement activities and Projects (lean):

Your responsibilities will include:
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions through effective deviation and Out of Specification investigations and change controls completed within allocated timelines.Support the development and rollout of Lean initiatives within the Microbiology laboratory.Provide support for the Microbiology Laboratory during internal and external audits.Manage own time appropriately to ensure that activities are completed within agreed timelines.Proactively look for opportunities to drive continuous improvement.Support company initiatives aimed at improving performance and compliance.Schedule adherence for Deviations, CAPAs, OOS/Atypical reports, special projects, ECMS, and LMS.Essential for the role Bachelor of Science or equivalent in a scientific discipline.Experience in Microbiology Quality Control testing.Competency in Microbiology techniques and analysis.Functional mastery of written and spoken English.Computer literate (Microsoft applications: Word, Excel).Desirables for the role Sound problem-solving skills.Sound project management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships between key stakeholders.Auditing experience in either manufacturing or laboratory settings.Knowledge of sterile manufacturing.So, what's next?
