Job Description
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Blackburne Family and PB Capital. This may include involvement with Blackburne Group. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Manage the family's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with discretion and professionalism. Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as shopping, event planning, and household management. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for home maintenance and personal services. Organise and manage personal events, including family gatherings and social functions. Plan and book complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary documentation is in order. Manage various projects related to the MD's investments, ensuring that timelines are met, and stakeholders are kept informed. This may involve liaising with external partners, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate project execution. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and financial matters. Proven experience as a personal assistant, or in a similar role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. A background or interest in property would be desirable. Strong stakeholder management skills. Trustworthy and reliable, with a high degree of integrity. Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset. Professional demeanour.
