Job Description
The responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to the following:
End to end contract management which will include the ability to prepare, evaluate, and manage the tender and proposal process. This may include but is not limited to general tender documentation, pricing submissions, negotiations, term and conditions reviews etc. Review variations to regular standard terms and conditions and prepare responses as required to mitigate risk and liability whilst simultaneously achieving favourable commercial outcomes. Maintain the validity of live contracts which may include but is not limited to variations, claims, supplier performance reviews, pricing reviews etc. The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Previous end to end contract management experience particularly with mobile and or fixed plant equipment packages. Individuals with exposure to both operational and project-based contracts, with a clear understanding of the different requirements of both will have a distinct advantage. Previous exposure to the mining industry is desirable but not essential. What's on Offer
A dynamic permanent position within an ASX listed mining operator who is solely focused on one of the most economically stable commodities. The role will offer the opportunity to visit the site on an ad-hoc basis, and thus would align with an individual who is looking to gain exposure and firsthand experience of site operations. In addition to the base salary, our client is also offering annual and quarterly bonuses.
