Job Description Manage the collection of outstanding payments from debtors. Perform account reconciliations and generate status reports. Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions. Collaborate with the accounting team to perform annual audits. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Liaise with customers to resolve any billing queries. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements. Continuously improve payment and collection processes. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
