The CSA Mine is located in Cobar NSW and is Australia's highest-grade copper mine.
We are located 11 kilometres north-west of Cobar, central western New South Wales.
At 1.9 kilometres deep, it is one of Australia's deepest underground mines.
Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, CSA Mine directly employs over 500 people including contractors.

Are you an experienced electrical professional ready to lead from the front?
We're seeking a skilled Surface Electrical Leading Hand to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of surface electricians and apprentices.
Oversee electrical maintenance and installation projects on surface infrastructure.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, minimizing downtime.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Relevant NSW electrical trade qualifications.
Demonstrated leadership experience in an industrial or mining environment.
Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Conditions:
This position will be offered on a 7/7 roster, and commute options include residential or DIDO.
Relocation costs and subsidised housing will be provided to the successful candidate to assist in relocating to Cobar.
CSA also provides Pool & Gym Reimbursements to our employees and their dependants.
Candidates interested in DIDO will be provided with commute single accommodation and meals at the mine camp.
