Our dynamic team is driven by a shared passion for excellence and integrity, and we are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Lead to drive key business transactions and support the company's expansion goals.This role is a permanent position, based at our Sydney or Brisbane offices.In this role, you will:Lead and execute the company's M&A strategy.Work in collaboration with the senior leadership, legal, financial, and operational teams to identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions, growing our company in line with our vision and values.Monitor market trends and identify potential targets that align with our strategic goals.Lead the due diligence process.Ensure smooth transaction processes and the successful integration of acquisitions, including the post-merger support for all key stakeholders.Design and implement programs to facilitate the cultural integration of acquired employees into the existing organisational culture.Establish key performance indicators to track integration success and report progress to the executive team.Assess the potential risks associated with M&A opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate risks.Oversee the allocation of resources for the integration and track all associated costs, ensuring the integration process remains financially feasible.Conduct post integration review to address any emerging issues proactively.About You:You will:Have proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably within the telecommunications, electrical or construction sectors.Hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, HR or a related field.Be a strong communicator, enthusiastic and driven, with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.Have a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and drive performance metrics.Be experienced in change management and in successful integration initiatives.What's in it for you?Hybrid, flexible working with full time or part time options available.Salary packaging and novated leasing options.Ongoing personal and professional training and development as a part of our Learn, Empower and Grow program.Social gatherings and activities with your team and wider company.Access to discounted health and wellness services, such as gym memberships, activewear, healthy meals, recovery and more.About Us:Alliance SI is a fast-growing company with big goals.
