We have an incredible contract opportunity for you!
Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our planning and forecasting strategies at the bill of material level.
What You'll Do: Develop and execute comprehensive planning and forecasting strategies.
Review and analyze complex data, presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency and drive results.
Evaluating and forecasting material requirements using multiple sources.
Coordinating with purchasing teams to ensure adequate supply of materials.
Developing and maintaining relationships with internal projects and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Assessing supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and timeliness of delivery.
Resolving issues related to supply chain, including delays, discrepancies in inventory, or problems with suppliers.
Implementing strategies for inventory management to prevent shortages and excesses.
Conducting regular reviews of material demand and supply patterns to identify trends and make necessary adjustments.
Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure weeks of cover and DIFOT are in line with business expectations.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in planning and forecasting, particularly at the bill of material level.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and JD Edwards.
Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for presenting data clearly and effectively to multiple senior stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
