Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing your territory, ensuring the development and achievement of agreed objectives, focusing on merchandising to a high standard within pharmacies based on an agreed call plan.
Your main responsibilities will include: Executing all head office organised promotional activity as a priorityMaximising promotional effectiveness in store – i.e. window displays, in-store displays, bin displaysTimely communication regarding: non-compliance/weekly reports/hours worked/price surveysEnsure price points are placed on all off-location displaysAccurately executing Plan-o-grams & maintaining existing shelf/space facings Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You Merchandising experienceBasic IT skills to generate reports to managementThe ability to understand what the customer wantsThe ability to work well in a teamTo be well organised and good at planningThe ability to cope with the pressure of fast-paced work
