This company is on the hunt for an experienced Merchandise Planner for their menswear category - high volume business.Job tasks and responsibilitiesIn conjunction with the Buyer, you will be responsible for your own department. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Participate in the development of the seasonal merchandise strategy.OTB & WSSI management.Management of inventory.Analysis of the portfolio including monitoring for continuous improvement.Drive financial targets such as gross profit, stock turn and sell through.Skills and experienceTo match with the business values you will:Be achievement orientated and results driven.Enjoy working as part of a team.Be down to earth and able to put yourself in the customers' shoes.Be resourceful and adaptable.To be successful in the role you will have:At least 3 years of prior planning experience preferably within apparel.Exceptional communication skills.Strong time management skills.A strong analytical mindset with strong MS Excel skills.Like to know more?Please contact Faith at JIVARO: ****** a full list of current positions please visit: www.jivaro.com.au
