MERCHANDISE PLANNER | BRAS N THINGS | PYRMONT
Reporting into Senior Planner, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Merchandise Planner to take ownership of one of our most growing categories!
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain merchandise financial plans to align with business objectives, ensuring profitability and sales targets are met.
Collaborate with buyers to create strategies for seasonal product assortment.
Develop demand forecasts for Core products and ensure fulfillment.
Manage Open To Buy.
Determine replenishment methods to manage optimized inventory.
Effectively manage markdowns to minimize clearance and maximize stock turn.
Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, including sales, stock turnover, margin, and profitability.
Conduct post-season analysis and provide recommendations for future planning.
What experience do I have?
2-3 years of experience in Merchandise Planning or a related role.
Demonstrates high attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
A confident and effective communicator, skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing key decisions through data-driven insights.
Possesses excellent problem-solving and resolution abilities, ensuring efficient solutions to challenges and continuous process improvement.
