Competitive Salary: $79664 - $106000 inclusive of superannuation
Sponsorship: Supporting the 482 TSS sponsorship visa for 12 months with a pathway to 186 PR for eligible candidates
Relocation Support: Supporting up to $7500 relocation and a further $2500 upon completion of 24 months of service

Our Clients Hospital is seeking an experienced Mental Health Registered Nurse to join our team. You will play a key role within a supportive team to ensure our patients have a great experience whilst we care for them.
Your responsibilities will include: Staff assist in the planning, delivery and evaluation of a high standard of nursing care in consultation with the health care team, patients and carers.To provide safe customer-focussed patients care in a multidisciplinary environment.Provide effective communication so as to include the patients' carers and the multi-disciplinary team in the immediate and ongoing health care.Assess the need for and provide health education for patients and their carers.Refer relevant and important issues to the Senior Nurse on duty or other health care team members.Provide leadership and direction and act as a positive role model, providing mentorship/preceptorship to less experienced nurses, including graduate nurses and under-graduate nursing students.Undertake (nursing) mental state, social state and physical assessments of patients, which will assist with recommendations for formulation of Individual treatment/recovery plans.Ensure the accurate documentation of client records during the shift.About us: Our client is a leader in regional health care, combining outstanding services with a strong education, training and personal development culture.
