We are looking for a range of youth workers with a background in first aid mental health, and/or disability support.

Skills Required:
High level of administrative skills. Experience in suicide prevention. Mental health first aid certification and diploma. Essential requirements: NDIS Worker Screening Check Employee - Working with Children's Check Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks A valid Australian driver's license with a reliable and comprehensively insured car A current First Aid and CPR Certificate A current certification in Trauma Informed Care (desirable) Responsibilities:
Document Management: All required documents must be added to the NH internal system. Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements. Referrals: Handle referrals from Primary Health Networks (PHNs). Respond to referrals within 24 hours. Review and act on discharge summaries received. Make contact with clients based on discharge summaries. Client Support: Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans. Provide weekly support, including working with risk assessments and safety planning. Link clients with appropriate services. Must demonstrate empathy and adaptability.
