The Role Mental Health Assessments: Conduct thorough mental health assessments for DVA clients transitioning to the NDIS, utilizing standardized assessment tools to evaluate mental health needs and functional capacities. Telehealth Services: Deliver mental health services via telehealth to ensure accessibility for all clients, maintaining exemplary standards of care and confidentiality in a virtual environment. Report Writing: Utilize specialized report writing software to document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Ensure all documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards. Client-Centered Care: Develop personalized care plans addressing each client's unique needs. Requirements Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – Occupational Therapy Board. Accreditation: Accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapist with current registration. Experience: Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and working with diverse mental health needs. Experience with DVA clients and the NDIS system preferred. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in telehealth platforms and report writing software. Basic proficiency in digital tools and electronic health records management.
