Join our supportive multidisciplinary team of experienced mental health clinicians Dynamic work environment and collaborative team culture Up to $20,000 relocation incentive reimbursement program applies to eligible applicants The Mental Health Endorsed Enrolled Nurse will be a valued member of the Wangaratta Adult Continuing Care Team, working within the setting of a multidisciplinary team and a recovery-oriented framework to provide a high standard of clinical practice, assessment, and intervention. The primary responsibility will be to work with the team in developing a metabolic health-monitoring clinic, supporting the continuation of care and recovery work whilst providing safe and effective consumer-focused care in the community-based setting.
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exciting opportunity:
Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience as a PEN. Demonstrated evidence of advanced practice as an Enrolled Nurse. Demonstrated ability to function within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to and understanding of contemporary mental health service provision. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Employment Type : This is a Full Time opportunity.
