Mental Health Clinician - Registered Nurses (Mental Health Post Grad), Occupational Therapists. Wangaratta Adult Continuing Care Team: Fulltime and Part time Available permanent positions available!
Join our supportive multidisciplinary team of experienced mental health clinicians Dynamic work environment and collaborative team culture Up to $20,000 relocation incentive reimbursement program applies to eligible applicants The Mental Health Clinician will be a valued member of the Wangaratta Adult Continuing Care Team working within the setting of a multidisciplinary team and a recovery orientated framework, to provide a high standard of clinical practice, assessment and intervention. This includes actively participating in preventive and early intervention programs, and a range of treatment modalities. The primary responsibility of the mental health clinician is to provide effective, safe and consumer focused care in the community-based setting.
Minimum Requirements We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Post graduate qualifications in mental health or to have completed a specialist undergraduate psychiatric program and/or related field or be working towards completion of qualification. Sound knowledge of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Act 2022 and Psychiatric Service Frameworks Procedures and Guidelines; and other relevant legislation and its application to clinical practice. Commitment to and understanding of contemporary mental health service provision; and demonstrated experience of working in a community mental health service setting. Employment Type : Fulltime and/or Part time opportunity.
