We are looking for a passionate and skilled professional to be the frontline of mental health care.This Centralised Triage position provides mental health screening assessments and directs care to the most appropriate team for assessment and treatment or provides warm referral to an appropriate provider if mental health services are not best placed to meet the need.Position overviewFull-time and Part-time, On-going positions available.
