Children's Health Queensland is a specialist statewide hospital and health service dedicated to caring for children and young people from across Queensland and northern New South Wales.
The Community Program consists of 6 multidisciplinary teams that support children, young people and their families aged from 5–18 years of age presenting with complex mental health needs. Interventions range from acute crisis response to medium-term interventions. Liaison with other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health Organisations and other external agencies including schools is core to the Community CYMHS model of care.
The position of Mental Health Clinician will:
