Mental Health Clinician

About the Role
As a Mental Health Clinician with South West Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with young people aged 12-25 and their families in a specialist youth mental health setting. You will be responsible for providing evidence-informed and developmentally appropriate treatment, care, and support to youths and their families. This will involve working in partnership with community-based services, primary health providers, and the broader mental health and wellbeing sector.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent team building skills, experience in mental health clinical services, and excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be proactive, flexible, and resilient, with the ability to work autonomously and use your initiative. A Degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers are also essential.
