Under the guidance and support of the Multidisciplinary Team, you will deliver exceptional clinical treatment and support to individuals with a lived experience of mental illness. Managing a case load, your role extends beyond clinical responsibilities to actively cultivate and sustain collaborative partnerships with various internal and external service providers.
Build a therapeutic alliance with the consumer and family/carers and actively engage them in the planning, delivery and evaluation of their care.Provide clinical services to consumers and carers, including the provision of high quality mental health assessments, case management and clinical interventions in line with SVHM Policies and Procedures.Classifications for this role will range from Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 3 NP81 - NP74 ($100,932 - $112,091 per annum)
Your Contribution A minimum of 2 years experience post qualification in nursingRegistration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation AgencyDemonstrated ability in working as part of the multi-disciplinary clinical team in promoting a standard of excellence in clinical practice. Employing the Strengths Model of Recovery-Oriented Practice, the multidisciplinary team delivers tailored clinical and therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of consumers with a lived experience of mental illness.
