About the role
As the Membership Officer at the National Trust of South Australia, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing our loyal member base. The hours and location for this position are flexible - part-time/full-time/work from home/work in the office is all possible, as long as you provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our members.
What you'll be doing Handling all incoming membership enquiries and requests, via phone or emailProcessing new memberships, donations and renewals in a timely and accurate mannerMaintaining comprehensive member records and updating the membership databasePreparing and distributing member communications, including newsletters, magazine and event invitationsAssisting with the organisation and delivery of member activitiesWhat we're looking for Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing outstanding member supportStrong administrative and organisational abilities, with attention to detailProficient in using databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systemsExperience in a similar membership or client-facing roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA team player who can work collaboratively with colleaguesWhat we offer
