The Role The Membership & Customer Service Administrator is responsible for maximising the value and benefits of HIA membership and services to existing and potential members. The role will play a vital part in the member experience, providing member liaison support, assisting delivery of membership initiatives, and providing administration support across various departments while delivering prompt customer service to assist in achieving regional goals and budgets.
Key responsibilities for this role include: Providing administrative support to Management and the Membership team on member activities and growth within the North Queensland region. Proactively serve members, customers, suppliers and stakeholders to a high-quality service standard as they interact with the North Queensland region. Assisting with enquiries and sales for HIA products or services, providing engaging and efficient servicing, including directing to the appropriate staff member for resolution. Coordinating office functions and administrative duties, including but not limited to ordering office supplies, data entry, invoicing, and purchase order processing. The ideal applicant will have the qualities of: Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed sales and service targets. Excellent customer service and communication skills, including written and verbal communications. Well-developed time management and administration skills. Drive and commitment to achieving results via a "hands-on can-do" approach. A willingness to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
