The RSL & Services Clubs Association is a not-for-profit organisation providing support to RSL & Services Club members through a range of products and services. Our small but passionate team is looking for someone with initiative, drive and a desire to make a difference in RSL & Services Clubs. We work from home when we're not engaging with our valued members in clubs.
VISION: To inspire and unite our communities by recognising veterans' service. MISSION: To drive growth, profile and leadership of RSL & Services Clubs. The objective of this role is to support the CEO and broader organisation to deliver member services efficiently and effectively. The role is responsible for providing an exceptional member and customer experience.
Key to the role is providing CEO support, organisational administration, managing of the member and non-member database, event coordination, co-ordination of the Association's grants programs, and other duties as required to ensure the organisation is optimising their member and customer service.
Key Responsibilities CEO & Organisational Support CEO support: diary management, travel, administration support and other duties as requiredStationery and mail supportSupport the Director – Marketing & Brand as requiredRespond to all general enquiries from members and the public via phone and email Membership Maintain relationships with key member club and corporate partner stakeholdersOversee day-to-day membership and Association administration Implement and input into the Association's membership strategies Event Coordination Administration of association events including regional forums, workshops, annual conferences, Awards program, roundtables, webinars and fundraising eventsResearch and organise venue hire, catering, suppliers, contractors and travel requirements to support eventsCreate and maintain the diary of events through the website to ensure all event details are accurate and that they are made live as requiredDeliver exceptional member and corporate partner service in support of event coordination You will have: Demonstrated experience in customer serviceStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases ('Membes' desirable)Excellent communication skillsA proven track record in establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong attention to detailExperience working in a small team within a fast-paced environmentAbility to work outside of normal working hours and some interstate travel as requiredProactive with the ability to prioritise work with minimal supervisionA drivers licence and access to a car RSL & Services Clubs Association strives to be an employer of choice and is pleased to offer:
