The opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSC's) play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. MSC's are the first people to interact with prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us.
Responsibilities Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaignsGenerating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunitiesAchieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunitiesProviding sales presentations and tours to prospective membersCreating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactionsAchieving successful outcomes to enquiriesOpening and closing the club as per the club rosterActive involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journeyRegular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journeyAbout you: Current First Aid & CPR certificates.Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goalsThe ability to solve problems, and overcome obstaclesOutstanding communication abilitiesTenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goalsCustomer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomesWhat we can offer you: An hourly rate of $29.04 (inclusive of casual loading)CommissionA complimentary all-access Goodlife membershipCareer opportunities with Fitness and Lifestyle GroupApply Now!
