Key Responsibilities: Complete a thorough 5-week full-time paid induction training at our Perth Office, beginning on October 28th, 2024.
Proficiency in intermediate computer skills, including Word and Outlook.
A genuine desire and aptitude for learning about Health Insurance products.
Engage with Members over the phone and email, proactively addressing their private health insurance needs.
Assist Members with claims, policy changes, and retention efforts.

While the industry average for call centre adherence stands at 95%, we have set it at 85% to allow for breaks between calls, enabling you to deliver top-notch service to our Members.
