Are you passionate about engaging with people and supporting Tasmania's agricultural sector?
As the Member Engagement Officer at TasFarmers, you will play a key role in member recruitment, engagement, and communications.
You will manage membership data, support financial reconciliations, and help deliver our external engagement calendar to connect with farming communities.
This role also supports corporate sponsorship activities and provides valuable member insights to inform advocacy and projects.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
As a key contributor, you will be able to:

A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.
Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of membership offerings, business development, and promotions.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills with a proactive approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and adaptability to different mediums.
High-level computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage data with accuracy and undertake reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and engage members.
A commitment to delivering quality outcomes with flexibility and initiative.
A current Tasmanian driver's licence.
