Award/Classification: Tasmanian State Service Award - General Stream Band 6 Salary: $109,099.00 to $123,395.00 pro rata, per annum Employment type: Permanent, flexible, full-time Region: South, North, To be negotiated Location: Hobart or Launceston About the role Coordinate legislative and policy functions to support positive outcomes in environmental and natural resource management in Tasmania.
Lead and contribute to the development, review and implementation of policy, procedures, and legislation relating to environmental and natural resource management.
Oversee projects and supervise less experienced staff.
Prepare Ministerial correspondence, briefings, reports & submissions.
Represent the Department with interest groups and a range of stakeholders.

Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
Minimum Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification.
