In this role you will manage and develop TUH's member communication channels to ensure our members are consistently informed and engaged, enabling us to deliver on our key goal of providing value to members. This is a part-time contract role (4 days per week, 24-month contract).

You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining members by designing and delivering creative communication strategies that engage and inform members. We're dedicated to maintaining TUH's positive market reputation through effective media management and community engagement.

This role is essential for keeping members informed about their TUH/Union Health membership and relevant topics.
 
Key Responsibilities  Manage the creation and sending of member communications.Develop and maintain the corporate communications for the different brand personalities.Work with the Marketing Lead to develop and implement communication strategies.Ensure consistent communication across all offline and online channels, including social media, website, newsletters and other material.Work with the marketing team and organisation-wide subject matter experts to plan, develop, and produce corporate publications and member communications, including product guides, policy documentation, and the annual report.Undertake other activities as directed and required by management. 25th June, 2024 About the role

You are an enthusiastic and experienced communications professional with a keen attention to detail. Quick to learn, you excel at delivering the right message to the right person. You're proactive in improving communication processes and enjoy working in an evolving team. You value a company culture that recognises your contributions.

This is a part-time role on a 24 month contract and requires meeting marketing schedules and may involve after-hours work.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, and 3-5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or business administration are required. Knowledge of health insurance and industry regulations is highly regarded.
