This position is essential to improving the delivery and customer experience of Athletics SA's primary offerings, including those presented through its sub-brand, Running SA.Key Responsibilities:Maintain the organisation's CRM database for registered athletes, coaches, and other members.Assist the Operations Manager with ongoing CRM operations.Manage the annual membership renewal program.Serve as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries.Assist with governance administration and support finance tasks, such as data entry in Xero.Provide support to the Events Manager in event registrations, check-ins, and general customer service at Athletics SA events.Coordinate club conferences, meetings, and awards presentations.This role reports to the Operations & Events Manager and requires close collaboration with Athletics SA staff and volunteers to deliver efficient membership, office, and event support.
