About The Role:

This role will involve working on a variety of exciting and diverse events within the sporting industry.
As a Venue Operations Supervisor (VOS), you will assist in the day-to-day coordination of the operational needs of our premier facility.
You will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of the technical, logistical, and troubleshooting aspects of bookings and events, performing key contact duties for large events.
This involves everything from coordinating and completing bump in/out, liaising with clients and contractors, directing staff, and doing whatever it takes to ensure the venue is prepared to the required standard and on time.
This position is part-time with a minimum of 10 hours per week.
About You:
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-driven Venue Operations Supervisors (VOS) to join our busy and happy teams at MSAC and Lakeside Stadium.
It is essential that you can think on your feet and problem-solve when issues arise.
Remaining calm under pressure and resolving conflict are two essential qualities that you must have.
The successful applicant will need to be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet our business needs.
