Expression of Interest - Membership Coordinator The Melbourne Racing Club is accepting expressions of interest for Membership Coordinators on a casual/part-time/full-time basis. Based at Caulfield Racecourse, reporting to the Membership Manager, this role will be required to work some weekend race days and members functions and events throughout the year outside of regular office hours where required on occasion.
Be the first point of contact for our members, building relationships and assisting in membership operational functions as well as working across events and race days being amongst the action.

What will your responsibilities be? Acting as the first point of contact for members, providing a high level of customer service and answering all enquiries in a friendly and accurate manner. Processing renewals and new membership applications via phone, mail, and in-person. Assisting in planning and delivering Membership Events. Ensuring data entry into the membership database is accurate. Fostering and maintaining effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating ticketing for race days for members, including Spring Carnival. Ensuring effective lines of communication are provided to all departments in strong support of membership experience and customer service. Providing support to members on race days at Caulfield as required. Providing support on ad-hoc administrative duties within the Membership team. Skills & Experience Availability to work 5 days a week during our busiest months of the year - May/June through to November (Desirable) Demonstrated experience in the delivery of quality customer service. Demonstrable experience in customer service roles within the sports, events, or hospitality sectors (Desirable). Experience working with membership and loyalty programs (Desirable). Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to meet and manage strict guidelines and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Motivated by delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well individually and as part of a team. Outstanding attention to detail. Strong collaborator with the ability to provide the highest level of service to all stakeholders. What's in it for you?
