Melbourne: In-House Legal Counsel - Employment Lawyer Melbourne: In-House Legal Counsel - Employment Lawyer Freedom to work on your terms Be your best at work and in life with LOD Who are we looking for? We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across multiple industry sectors, and we're interested in hearing from employment lawyers  to join us and commence their LOD journey.
No assignment or day is ever the same when you're working with LOD. You could find yourself assisting with workplace investigations, working across enterprise negotiations, redundancies and industrial disputes. This is a great opportunity to diversify your experience and bolster your CV through a career with LOD. These assignments are of varied durations, ranging anywhere from 3 - 6 months initially.
To join us, you will:
Have at least 3 years PQE gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training) Be experienced in industrial relations, drafting policies, EBA negotiations and general employee relations issues Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships Who are we?
